Our free newsletter provides you with regular information by email on communication tips as well as our offers and activities.  The data you enter here is only used to personalise the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.

CleverReach may only use the personal data provided in the Federal Republic of Germany or a member state of the European Union. CleverReach uses this data on our behalf to send and analyse the newsletter. We have concluded a written agreement for data processing with CleverReach. This is a contract in which CleverReach is obliged to protect our users’ data, process it on our behalf according to the data protection provisions and in particular not to pass it on to third-parties.

Anonymous data for measuring success

Our contract with CleverReach includes 100% data protection compliance. In order to measure the success of the newsletter and optimise our offer for our users, we collect opening and click rates. The data of recipients who open the newsletter and click on it is shown anonymously in the reports. For this purpose no complete IP addresses are collected and processed.

Double opt-in and logging

To register for our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. I.e. after registration you receive an email that requests confirmation of your registration. This confirmation is required so that nobody can register with a third-party email address. The newsletter registrations are logged to be able to document the registration process pursuant to the legal requirements. This includes storing the registration and confirmation timing as well as the IP address. The changes to the data stored are also logged with CleverReach. Data from recipients who have unsubscribed from the newsletter or started the double opt-in process but have not completed it, is deleted automatically at the latest after 30 days.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use the Google reCaptcha process to determine whether a person or computer has made a particular entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following data to check whether you are human or a computer: IP address of the device used, our website that you visit and on which the Captcha is included, the date and duration of your visit, the detection data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged into Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that you complete to recognise the images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a justified interest on our page in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and protect us from automated entries (attacks).


Use of Piwik

This website uses Piwik, a web analytics open-source software. Piwik uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address anonymized prior to its storage) will be stored on the server of the service provider in Germany. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
